Coaching

What’s life coaching exactly?

Life coaching is about partnership. Think of me, Annie, as someone who’s in your corner, offering support as you make positive lifestyle changes. It’s not about me telling you what to do; it’s about us working together to figure out what you want to do and how to get there.

You’re in the driver’s seat. You decide what your goals are and what you want to do to achieve them. Many clients hire a life coach to help them stay on track by working with them to create a clear plan with milestones and timelines.

Research shows that having a life coach can improve a person’s self-esteem, communication skills, and overall well-being. Some studies have also found that life coaching can help with: relationships, work performance, work-life balance, resilience, goal attainment, and self-efficacy.

We’ll chat about what’s important to you, set some goals, and come up with an action & accountability plan that fits your life and needs.

I understand human behavior and motivation, and I use this knowledge to help you shape healthy habits that stick.

What’s my process?

My programs provide a structured approach to exploring your needs and achieving your goals. We’ll collaborate through weekly or bi-weekly sessions, with accountability check-ins in between.

For those looking for a reset or aiming to reestablish a routine, 3-4 months coaching is ideal. If you’re setting new goals, creating new habits, or making substantial changes to your health, 6-8 months of coaching is more suitable, allowing for deeper exploration and embodiment of the change.

How do I approach coaching?

My coaching approach is personalized to resonate with you. Overall, you can expect a conversational experience that invites you to consider new perspectives, lean into your strengths, and cultivate a new mindset.

You’ll do most of the talking- I’ll ask the questions that move you forward and offer guidance that honors your goals and needs.

The heart of our sessions lies in reflection and exploration. It’s about creating a space where you are understood and empowered to take steps forward.
